Her leadership extends to mentoring fellow teachers and fostering strong parent-teacher partnerships. Kalaiarasi is passionate about implementing innovative teaching strategies that promote both academic excellence and holistic development.

Ramaratnam Nursery and Primary School (June 2009 – 2025):

Over 16 years of teaching and school administration experience. Responsible for managing and instructing classes from LKG to 5th standard, ensuring a structured and engaging learning environment.

Tuition Center:

Provided personalized academic coaching for students from 1st to 5th standard across State Board, ICSE, and CBSE curricula. Focused on strengthening foundational subject knowledge and boosting academic performance.

Our Lady of Help Nursery and Primary School (1999–2002):

Taught foundational subjects for early grades, contributing to the development of early childhood education.
